I live in the alpine village of Thredbo in the heart of the Snowy mountains region of New South Wales. Australia.
I spend most of my time chasing rainbows and browns in the rivers and lakes which surround my home. Guiding and teaching fly fishing, and skiing during the Winter's snowy months.
Having spent 20yrs traveling around the globe chasing the snow, I have been lucky to fish in some amazing places... Montana and Colorado jump to mind.
But in winter, the real fun is stalking and polaroiding big fish cruising the local lake shores. Look for me I'll be the guy flicking a wooly bugger at a the big brown.
Although I spend most of my time on the trout. I also enjoy the challenge of the salt having chased bones on Christmas island and various salty critters along the east coast of Australia. I am always trying to increase the species count.
